Eligibility Criteria :
Qualification & Exp :
1. Branch Managers : Graduate/Post Graduate with CAIIB, preferably in the Co-operative Sector, having knowledge and work experience of 8/10 years of Branch Banking, Operations preferred.
2. Asst. General Manager (Personnel & Industrial Relation) : Graduate/Post Graduate with LL.B., preferred. Work experience of 15/17 years in the areas of administration, personnel, industrial relation, disciplinary matters.
3. Asst. General Manager (Risk Management, KYC/AML/CFT) : Post Graduate with LL.B., CAIIB or CFA preferred. Should have sufficient knowledge in the areas of MIS, Banking Operations, Know Your Customer (KYC) /Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Standards / Combating of Financing of Terrorism (CFT)/ Obligation of banks under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) having work experience of at least 10 years in the banking industry.
Age Limit : Candidates upper age around 35 yrs for Branch Mangers Posts and around 45 yrs all other remaining posts.
