Indian Army NCC Recruitment 2014 – 54 Vacancies:


Indian Army has issued notification for the recruitment of 54 vacancies through NCC Special Entry Scheme 36th Course-Oct 2014 Short Service Commission (NT). Applications are invited from unmarried/married male and unmarried female and also from the Wards of Battle Causalities of Army Personnel, for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army. Eligible candidate can send their applications on or before 30-01-2014 & 28-02-2014. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process and how to apply are given below…

Total No. of Vacancies: 54
Name of the Course & Posts: NCC Special Entry Scheme 36th Course – Oct 2014
1. NCC Men: 50 Posts
2. NCC Women: 04 Posts


Age Limit: Candidate age limit should be between 18 years and 25 years. Candidates should be born between 02-07-1989 and 01-07-1995.


 


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of screening of candidates on the basis of physical standards, visual standards and physical fitness standards at OTA followed by Group test, Physical test, interview and medical examination.


How to Apply: Eligible candidate can send their applications on a plain paper, duly typed in the prescribed format given in the advertisement to the nearest OC, NCC Unit from where NCC ‘C’ certificate has been issued. Those serving in the Armed Forces should send application in the Armed Forces duly counter-signed by Commanding Officer to the OC, NCC Unit from where NCC’ ‘C’ certificate has been issued. Applications under category of Wards if Battle Casualties to send their applications direct to Dte Gen of Recruitment/Rtg-6, NCC Entry, West Block-III, R.K Puram, New Delhi-110066. Applications along with all educational and other necessary documents must reach on or before 01-08-2013.


Educational Qualification:
I. For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders: Candidates should possess Degree of a recognized University or equivalent, should have served for minimum two academic years in the Senior Division/Wing of N.C.C & should have obtained minimum of ‘B’ Grade in ‘C’ Certificate Exam of NCC.
II. For Ward of Battle Causalities of Army Personnel: Candidates must possess Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.

Last date for receipt of application at NCC Bn/Gp HQ: 30-01-2014.
Last date for receipt of application at Rtg Dte from Dte Gen NCC: 28-02-2014.
Last Date of Receipt of Application in Rtg Dte for Wards of battle casualities: 17-02-2014.
