Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor :
Age Limit :
1. Candidates applying for Arts, commerce and Science Faculty ,
their age should be below 35 yrs .
2. Candidates applying for Law Faculty , their age should be below 30 yrs .
3. Candidates applying for Education Faculty , their age should be below 37 yrs
Note : Gujarat Govt provides age relaxation for SC /ST /SEBC /Women of unreserved candidates of about 5 yrs. Disabled , Reserved women candidates are getting agerelaxation of 10 yrs.
Educational Qualification :
1. Required Qualification for Arts, commerce & Science Faculty : Post Graduation with min. 55 % marks and should have cleared UGC NET or GSLET Examination.
2. Required Qualification for Education Faculty : Graduation /Master's Degree & M.Ed in relevant subjects with 50 % marks & qualified in NET/SLET/SET .
Selection Criteria : Selection will be done on the basis of Merit list only.
Application Fee :
1. Candidates are requested to pay amount of Rs. 200 in the form of challan downloadable from the website.
2. SC/ST Candidates are requested to pay amount of Rs. 100 payable at any branch of Dena bank .
How to Apply : Candidates are required to log on to official website i.e www.cheguj.com . Candidates have to fill Online application form for desired post. All the candidates are informed that kindly bring all original certificates at the time of Document Verification.
